#### 66 Exercise of powers of Disciplinary Tribunal (1) The Disciplinary Tribunal shall, for the purposes of the exercise of its powers in relation to a particular proceeding, be constituted by one member of the Tribunal. (2) The Disciplinary Tribunal constituted by one member of the Tribunal may sit and exercise the powers of the Tribunal notwithstanding that the Tribunal constituted by another member of the Tribunal is at the same time sitting and exercising the powers of the Tribunal.
