59Remuneration of members of Disciplinary Tribunal

#### 59 Remuneration of members of Disciplinary Tribunal (1) A member of the Disciplinary Tribunal, other than a member who is the holder of: (a) a judicial office; or (b) an office of Magistrate of a State or Territory; in respect of which the member receives remuneration that is based upon his or her holding the office on a full‑time basis, is to be paid such remuneration as the Remuneration Tribunal determines. If no determination of that remuneration by that Tribunal is in operation, the member is to be paid such remuneration as is prescribed. (2) A member of the Disciplinary Tribunal shall be paid such allowances as are prescribed. (3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
