52D Ombudsman may inform Attorney‑General of penalty
On being notified of the imposition of a penalty, the Ombudsman may, if he or she thinks that the penalty is insufficient, give to the Attorney‑General: (a) written notification of the imposition of the penalty; and (b) any written comments the Ombudsman thinks relevant.
