#### 43 Register to be kept by Ombudsman The Ombudsman shall establish and maintain a register containing the prescribed particulars of, or relating to: (a) complaints made to him or her under this Part and complaints that are to be treated as having been so made; and (b) complaints made to AFP appointees that are notified to him or her under section 6; and (c) investigations of the actions of AFP appointees on his or her own initiative under section 21A.
