#### 33 Special reports to Parliament Where the Ombudsman has, in accordance with subsection 32(1), furnished information to the Prime Minister in relation to a report concerning an investigation made by him or her, the Ombudsman may also forward to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, for presentation to the Senate and the House of Representatives, respectively, copies of a report prepared by him or her concerning the investigation for presentation to both Houses of the Parliament, being a report that sets out a copy of any comments concerning the report furnished to the Ombudsman under subsection 31(5) by the Commissioner.
