20Delegation

#### 20 Delegation (1) The Commissioner may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of delegation, by writing signed by him or her, delegate to an AFP appointee any of his or her powers under this Act, other than this power of delegation. (2) A power so delegated, when exercised by the delegate, shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been exercised by the Commissioner. (3) A delegate shall, upon request by a person affected by the exercise of any powers delegated to him or her, produce the instrument of delegation, or a copy of that instrument, for inspection. (4) A delegation under this section does not prevent the exercise of a power by the Commissioner.
