5.1 Outline of Part 5
(1) Each section in this Part sets out a combination of: (a) warning statements; and (b) graphics; and (c) explanatory messages. (2) A combination must be displayed on retail packaging for cigars (other than cigar tubes) as required by Parts 2 and 9.
Note: Part 6 applies to cigar tubes.
