#### 80 Specification of person For paragraph 43(3)(d) of the Australian Consumer Law, a person mentioned in paragraph (a), (b), (c) or (d) is specified if the person has not been found guilty of an offence under section 162 of the Australian Consumer Law: (a) a large proprietary company; or (b) a subsidiary of a large proprietary company; or (c) a listed corporation; or (d) a subsidiary of a listed corporation.
