#### 6FC Report on conduct of tender process (1) For subsection 44PB(2) of the Act, this regulation sets out requirements for a report on the conduct of a tender process. (2) The report must include: (a) details of the successful tenderer; and (b) the terms and conditions of access to the service or services proposed to be provided by means of the facility, as specified in accordance with paragraph 44PA(2)(a) of the Act; and (c) evidence showing that: (i) the tender process was conducted in accordance with the competitive tender process approved by the Commission; and (ii) the successful tenderer was selected in accordance with the selection criteria specified in the competitive tender process approved by the Commission.
