#### 29 Interpretation
(1) In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:
> Registrar means the Registrar of Liner Shipping.
> trade area, in relation to a conference agreement, means the geographical area to which the agreement relates.
(2) An expression used in this Part has the same meaning as in Part X of the Act.
