#### 28A Services and activities for which the Commission may charge (1) For the purposes of paragraph 171A(1)(b) of the Act, the following activities are prescribed: (a) conducting workshops and seminars; (b) conducting training. (2) For the purposes of subsection 171A(3) of the Act, the following acts done by the Commission are prescribed: (a) providing a speaker or information for: (i) a workshop, seminar, training session or other activity not arranged by or on behalf of the Commission; or (ii) use in training materials, including videotapes, not produced by or on behalf of the Commission; (b) providing information relating to trade practices for use in material published by a person other than the Commission; (c) developing industry codes of conduct to encourage compliance with the Act.
