#### 22B Participation in review of certain access decisions (1) In a review under section 44K of the Act of a declaration of a service, the person who applied for the declaration recommendation may participate in the review, in addition to the provider. (2) In a review under section 44K of the Act of a decision not to declare a service, the provider may participate in the review, in addition to the person who applied for the declaration recommendation. (3) In a review under section 44L of the Act of a decision not to revoke a declaration of a service, the person who applied for the declaration recommendation may participate in the review, in addition to the provider. (4) In a review under section 44ZX of the Act of a decision not to register a contract, any other party to the contract may participate in the review, in addition to the party who applied for review.
