17Title of proceedings before the Tribunal

#### 17 Title of proceedings before the Tribunal (1) An application to the Tribunal under the Act and any other document filed with the Registrar, or issued out of the office of the Registrar, in relation to proceedings before the Tribunal shall be intituled in accordance with Form H. (2) The Registrar may, at the request of a person proposing to institute proceedings or of his own motion after any proceedings before the Tribunal are instituted, determine the description of the matter that is to form part of the title of the proceedings and, unless the Tribunal otherwise orders, the description so determined shall form part of the title of the proceedings for the purposes of all documents in the proceedings after that determination.
