40 Application of this Part
This Part applies to the following disputes: (a) a dispute arising if a wholesale supplier fails to supply a declared petroleum product to a customer; (b) a dispute arising between the parties to a fuel re‑selling agreement; (c) a dispute arising in relation to any other provision of Part 2 or 3.
