39 Expiry

(1) At least 60 days before the expiry of a fuel re‑selling agreement, the supplier and retailer must discuss the procedures that will apply to settle the commercial arrangements between the supplier and the retailer upon expiry of the agreement. (2) On the expiry of the fuel re‑selling agreement, the supplier must take the actions mentioned in paragraphs 38(2)(c), (d) and (e).
