21 Creating disclosure document
(1) Before entering into an agreement to transfer a fuel re‑selling business, a person who proposes to transfer the business must prepare a document (a disclosure document) in accordance with this Division for the purpose of entering into the agreement. (2) A disclosure document must be signed by a director or officer of the person.
