18 Application of this Subdivision
This Subdivision applies to a disclosure document in relation to a fuel re‑selling agreement that is to be given by a supplier to: (a) a retailer proposing to the supplier to renew or extend the agreement; or (b) a prospective retailer; or (c) a person to whom the supplier has consented to be the transferee in relation to the agreement.
