16 Giving disclosure document
(1) A supplier must give a disclosure document in relation to a fuel re‑selling agreement to each of the following: (a) a retailer that proposes to the supplier to renew or extend the agreement; (b) a prospective retailer; (c) a person to whom the supplier has consented to be the transferee in relation to the agreement. (2) A supplier must not seek a non‑refundable deposit for giving a retailer, prospective retailer or person a disclosure document in relation to a fuel re‑selling agreement.
