47 List of horticulture produce assessors
(1) The Ombudsman must: (a) compile a list of persons who are to be horticulture produce assessors for the purposes of this Part; and (b) publish the list. (2) The list must include, for each person on it, the qualifications the person has that are relevant to the role of a horticulture produce assessor.
