45 Costs of mediation
(1) Each party to a dispute involving a mediation under this Part must pay half of the costs (if any) of the mediation unless the parties to the mediation agree otherwise. (2) Each party to a dispute involving mediation under this Part must pay his or her own costs of attending the mediation, unless the parties agree otherwise. (3) In this clause, costs of the mediation includes all reasonable costs associated with the carrying out of the mediation.
