43 Mediator to give notice of successful mediation
(1) If the parties have reached an agreement under a mediation under this Part, the mediator must: (a) set out in writing the terms of the agreement; and (b) give a copy of the terms to each of the parties; and (c) notify the Ombudsman that the parties have reached an agreement. (2) Notice under subclause (1) must be given within 14 days after the agreement is reached.
