41 Appointment of a mediator by Ombudsman
(1) If the Ombudsman receives a request under subclause 40(5), the Ombudsman must appoint a mediator within 14 days after receiving the request. (2) The Ombudsman must give the parties to the dispute details of the mediator appointed.
