96A Delegations by Chairperson
(1) The Chairperson may, in writing, delegate all or any of the Chairperson’s functions or powers under this Part to an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Commission. (2) In performing a delegated function or exercising a delegated power, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the Chairperson. (3) The Chairperson may, in writing, give directions for the purposes of subsection (2).
