11 Civil penalty provisions of the Code
A provision of Chapter 2 that is of one of the following kinds and sets out at its foot a pecuniary penalty indicated by the words “civil penalty” is a civil penalty provision of the industry code set out in that Chapter for the purposes of Part IVB and section 76 of the Act: (a) a subsection; (b) a section that is not divided into subsections.
