85 Application—Code Supervisor’s annual survey
(1) The first survey to be conducted by the Code Supervisor under section 66 must be conducted for the 2024‑2025 financial year. (2) In addition to the matters listed in subsection 66(1), the first survey must also address the matters listed in subclause 37F(1) of the old Code in relation to the financial year.
