76 Confidentiality—parties to an ADR process

A party to an ADR process conducted under Subdivision C must observe any confidentiality requirements relating to information disclosed or obtained in connection with the ADR process.

Civil penalty:

(a) for a contravention by a body corporate—3,200 penalty units; or
(b) for a contravention by a person who is not a body corporate—640 penalty units.
