13 Interaction with other industry codes
This Code does not apply to the extent that it conflicts with the industry code set out in: (a) Division 2 of Part 2 of the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Dairy) Regulations 2019; or (b) Chapter 2 of the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Franchising) Regulations 2024; or (c) Schedule 1 to the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Horticulture) Regulations 2017.
