10 Review of Code
(1) The Minister must cause a review to be undertaken in relation to the operation of the Code. (2) The review must: (a) assess the impact of the Code in improving commercial relations between retailers, wholesalers and suppliers; and (b) start before 1 April 2027. (3) The Minister must cause a written report about the review to be prepared. (4) The Minister must cause a copy of the report of the review to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the report is given to the Minister.
