31 Combining exclusive supply and a maximum volume prohibited
(1) The milk supply agreement must not provide for both exclusive supply and a maximum volume. (2) The milk supply agreement provides for both exclusive supply and a maximum volume if: (a) the agreement is an exclusive supply agreement; and (b) the agreement specifies a maximum amount of milk that the farmer may supply to the processor under the agreement during a period.
