14 Published standard forms of agreements must include statements of justifications for minimum prices

A processor contravenes this section if: (a) the processor publishes a standard form of a milk supply agreement on the processor’s website (whether or not as required by section 12); and (b) the standard form does not include a statement of the processor’s justification for each minimum price specified in the standard form.

Civil penalty: 300 penalty units.
