#### 95 Fees and charges 95 Fees and charges > > (1) Any fee or charge payable under this Act— > > > > > (a) may be paid by such instalments as may be allowed by the person levying the fee or charge, and > > > > > (b) may be reduced or waived in respect of persons in receipt of a pension, benefit or allowance under the [Social Security Act 1991](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth. > > > (2) The regulations may make provision as to the following— > > > > > (a) the minimum number of instalments that may be allowed. > > > > > (b) the minimum intervals that may be allowed between each instalment.
