4 Interpretation
Expressions used in this Act that are defined by the Companies and Securities (Interpretation and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1980 or by section 5 of the Companies Act 1981 have in this Act, unless the contrary intention appears, the respective meanings given to those expressions by the Companies and Securities (Interpretation and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1980 or by section 5 of the Companies Act 1981, as the case may be.
