10 Property vested in Registrar vests in Commission
Where, immediately before the commencement of the Companies Act 1981, property was vested in the Registrar of Companies by reason of the operation of section 310 of the Companies Ordinance 1962, the property vests by force of this section in the Commission and sections 462, 463 and 464 of the Companies Act 1981 apply in relation to the property in like manner as they would apply if the property had vested in the Commission pursuant to section 461 of that Act.
