8 Application of interpretation law
The provisions of the Commonwealth Act (other than sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5) apply –
(a) as if amended as set out in Schedule 1 ; and
(b) subject to and in accordance with this Act –
as laws of Tasmania.
