69 Application—pt 10 (1) This part provides for easements for lots included in a community title scheme. (2) However, this part applies to the scheme— (a) only for buildings forming part of the scheme land when the scheme is established or later changed; and (b) only if the lots included in the scheme are lots shown in the master plan for the scheme. (3) This part has effect for the scheme subject to an easement established under the Land Titles Act 1925.
