In this part—
relevant arrangement means the following—
(a) the Long Service Leave Act 1955,
(b) a corresponding law,
(c) a law prescribed by the regulations,
(d) an enterprise agreement that provides for long service leave benefits more favourable than the benefits provided for by this Act.
