sec.96 Delegation by Minister or chief executive
A Minister or a chief executive of a department may delegate the Minister’s or chief executive’s functions under this Act to an appropriately qualified person who is a public service employee or other employee of the department. In this section— function includes a power. s 96 prev s 96 amd 2009 No. 24 s 45 pres s 96 sub 2014 No. 12 s 40 (sec.96-ssec.1) A Minister or a chief executive of a department may delegate the Minister’s or chief executive’s functions under this Act to an appropriately qualified person who is a public service employee or other employee of the department.
