sec.80 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it— a chief executive’s appointment; an authorised officer’s appointment; the authority of a chief executive or an authorised officer to do anything under this Act. s 80 amd 2014 No. 12 s 77 sch 1
- (a) a chief executive’s appointment;
- (b) an authorised officer’s appointment;
- (c) the authority of a chief executive or an authorised officer to do anything under this Act.
