sec.66 Production of instrument of appointment for inspection
This section applies if— the interim manager is exercising, or proposes to exercise, a power given under this part in relation to a person; and the person asks the manager to produce the manager’s instrument of appointment for the person’s inspection. The manager must comply with the request. (sec.66-ssec.1) This section applies if— the interim manager is exercising, or proposes to exercise, a power given under this part in relation to a person; and the person asks the manager to produce the manager’s instrument of appointment for the person’s inspection. (sec.66-ssec.2) The manager must comply with the request.

- (b) the person asks the manager to produce the manager’s instrument of appointment for the person’s inspection.
