sec.54 Terms of appointment
An appointment of a person as interim manager of a funded entity must state the following matters— the person’s name; details of the funded entity; the funded product or service to be delivered; the way in which, or the extent to which the funded product or service is to be delivered; details of the person’s function as interim manager; any limitations on the person’s powers as interim manager; the period of the appointment; any conditions of the appointment; anything else the chief executive considers appropriate. s 54 amd 2014 No. 12 s 20
- (a) the person’s name;
- (b) details of the funded entity;
- (c) the funded product or service to be delivered;
- (d) the way in which, or the extent to which the funded product or service is to be delivered;
- (e) details of the person’s function as interim manager;
- (f) any limitations on the person’s powers as interim manager;
- (g) the period of the appointment;
- (h) any conditions of the appointment;
- (i) anything else the chief executive considers appropriate.
