sec.41 Failure to help authorised officer
A person required to give reasonable help under section 40 (3) (g) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. It is a reasonable excuse for the person to fail to comply with the requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person. (sec.41-ssec.1) A person required to give reasonable help under section 40 (3) (g) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. (sec.41-ssec.2) It is a reasonable excuse for the person to fail to comply with the requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
