### 37 Courts to provide details of orders to Commissioner > > (1)  In this section – > > > > > ***court*** does not include a court of a foreign jurisdiction. > > > (2)  This section applies if a court – > > > > > > (a) makes an order in relation to a person with the effect of making the person a reportable offender for the purposes of this Act; or > > > > > > > (b) makes an order in relation to a reportable offender with the effect of removing the person from the ambit of this Act. > > > (3)  The court must provide details of the order to the Commissioner as soon as is practicable after the order is made.
