33A Failure to comply with community protection order
[Section 33A Amended by No. 20 of 2020, s. 6, Applied:28 Sep 2020] [Section 33A Inserted by No. 53 of 2016, s. 13, Applied:29 Nov 2017] A person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with a community protection order made, and in force, in respect of the person commits an offence.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or both.
