### 32 Restriction on right of unsuccessful applicant to reapply for order > A reportable offender in respect of whom a magistrate refuses to make an order under this Division cannot make a further application to the magistrate until 5 years have elapsed from the date of the refusal, unless the magistrate otherwise orders at the time of the refusal.
