### 29 Order for suspension > > (1) On an application under [section 28](#GS28@EN) , a magistrate may make an order suspending the reportable offender's reporting obligations. > > > (2) A magistrate may make the order only if he or she is satisfied that the reportable offender does not pose a risk of committing a reportable offence in the future.
