### 23F Revocation of suspension or variation

> > (1) The Commissioner may at any time revoke a suspension, or variation, made under this Division if the Commissioner believes, on reasonable grounds, that the reportable offender –
> >
> > > > (a) poses, or may pose, a risk to the life of a child or children; or
> > >
> > > > (b) poses, or may pose, a risk to the safety of a child or children; or
> > >
> > > > (c) is exposing, or may expose, a child or children to sexual conduct or sexual material.

> > (2) If the Commissioner revokes a suspension, or variation, under [subsection (1)](#GS23F@Gs1@EN) he or she must give the young reportable offender or his or her parent, guardian or carer written notice of the revocation as soon as reasonably practicable.

> > (3) The revocation takes effect when the Commissioner gives the written notice under [subsection (2)](#GS23F@Gs2@EN) to the young reportable offender or his or her parent, guardian or carer.
