#### 51 Original owner to exercise officers’ functions before appointment of officers 51 Original owner to exercise officers’ functions before appointment of officers > The functions of the chairperson, secretary and treasurer of an association are to be exercised by the original owner, or an agent of the original owner authorised in writing, until the offices are filled or until the end of the first annual general meeting of the association, whichever first occurs.
