#### 43 Meetings must be convened on certain requests 43 Meetings must be convened on certain requests > > (1) The secretary of the association, or another member of the association committee, must convene a meeting of the committee if requested to do so by at least one-third of the members of the committee. > > > (2) The meeting must be held within the period, if any, specified in the request, subject to the requirements for notice of meetings. > > > (3) If meetings of 2 different association committees are held at the same time in 1 meeting, both meetings are invalid.
