#### 37 Acting members of association committee 37 Acting members of association committee > > (1) A member of an association committee may, with the consent of the committee, appoint a person who is eligible for election to the committee to act in the member’s place at a meeting of the committee. > > > (2) The person is, while so acting, taken to be a member. > > > (3) A person may be appointed whether or not he or she is already a member of the committee. > > > (4) A person who is appointed and who is already a member may, at any meeting of the committee, separately vote in the person’s capacity as a member and on behalf of the member in whose place the person has been appointed to act.
