#### 222 Personal liability of officers and association committee members 222 Personal liability of officers and association committee members > > (1) A protected person of an association is not personally subject to any liability for anything done— > > > > > (a) in good faith, and > > > > > (b) for the purpose of executing functions under this or any other Act. > > > (2) The liability instead attaches to the association. > > > (3) In this section— > > > > done includes omitted to be done. > > > > liability means civil liability and includes action, claim or demand. > > > > protected person of an association means— > > > > > (a) an officer of the association, or > > > > > (b) a member of an association committee, or > > > > > (c) a person acting under the direction of a person referred to in paragraph (a) or (b).
